They are ordered in a specific way that does not reflect which one is "first" or "most recent". There are also no names or too much information for client privacy.I aim to finish the oldest orders first of course, but sometimes I may jump around to different projects at the same time to prevent burnout.Waitlists, however, do have a first come first served priority.

I retain all copyrights to my artwork as the artist. This means you as the client will of course be given credit for any characters or designs that belong to you, but not for any artwork done by me.

Artist Right To Use Disclaimer:
When I put this disclaimer, the art will not eligible for my Merch Discount, and I reserve the right to use any of the art I make for merchandise either as-is or with changes made to it, if I choose to. I will automatically remove any super personalized aspects, such as names, for merch use.You as the client will of course be given credit for any characters or designs that belong to you, but not for the artwork itself. Clients can also get any merch of their characters for free, such as a sticker or print etc, if they would be going to the same event I am.

On every commission that does not have the "Artist Right To Use Disclaimer":There is a 10% discount on the TOTAL cost of the commission if you allow me the option to use the art I've made as merchandise if I want to (for example, stickers or prints etc).Accepting the discount means you give me permission to use your commission (either one part of it or all of it) as merchandise. This does not guarantee I will turn your art into merch, but you will still get the discount even if I never make merch of it.I will not use a commission for merch if you do not accept the discount or do not give me permission to use it.

-Fanart and OCs
-Humanoid/demon/angel/elf etc type characters
-Furry/Anthro/Feral characters
-non standard body type characters like Sonic characters or MLP etc
-Simple Mecha/robots (complicated Mecha designs will be simplified)
-monsters/creatures such as but not limited to Pokemon/Digimon
-"edgy" things such as blood stains, dripping blood, or holding a bloody knife
-not complex backgrounds
-queer themes
-in general, most things! unless it is explicitly listed in Will Not Do.

Will Not Do:

- Very complex landscape scenery type of backgrounds
- Copying another artist's work exactly/tracing
- Muscles/ Old age / wrinkles
- Gore and self harm
- Abuse / violence (unless it is clearly cartoony/comical violence that is not graphic)
- Realistic style / realism
- Controversial / bigoted / hateful topics or symbols / logos.
- Anything depicting a minor doing a strange/suggestive action.
- Zoo / Beastiality of any kind.I am firm on these rules, please do not ask me if I'll "make an exception for you"

Art T.O.S TLDR:- I reserve the right to cancel or deny a commission for any reason.- Any money sent to me that was NOT discussed and agreed to as a form of payment for a commission or otherwise, will be considered a donation with no refund.- My "Artist Right to Use" or "Merch Discount" if applicable is disclosed on the listing itself. Please review this to see if it applies to the commission before commissioning.- The commission starts once full payment or initial payment (for payment plans etc) has been received. TAT (not including shipping times for physical items) will be between 2 weeks-12 weeks (3 months), depending on commission type. Final delivery will be through Google Drive, email, chat messages, etc, if digital. If physical, final product will be shipped with tracked shipping only.- Commissions are Personal Use only, unless discussed and paid for otherwise. Emotes, app Stickers, or art made for use on Twitch or similarly, are considered "Personal Use" even if your channels are monetized, as long as the actual art itself is not sold. Making stickers or print outs etc for personal use that the you will NOT monetize is fine.- Revisions are unlimited within reason (with the exception of doodles as they have no WIPs), and excessive or major changes will incur a fee. Sketches and YCHs/ similar commissions are meant to be faster projects so please keep in mind changes may be limited for these.- WIPs and updates will be sent as progress is made, and I will not proceed until approval has been given.- Refunds will be handled on a case by case basis and the amount refunded depends on how much work was already done. There are no refunds once shading has begun.- The references sent or discussed will be what the commission is based off of. If the client’s ideas after the commission has started differs wildly from the original details provided, without prior agreement or discussion, there will be a fee (up to artist’s discretion). In addition, the artist will not be held accountable for any and all artistic liberty that will be taken if not enough references are provided.

  • I do not approve my work to be used alongside any hateful, controversial, phobic, etc edits such as phrases, symbols, or harmful depictions of any demographic, especially in the context of being used to dehumanize a specific group of people.

  • Do NOT use my work in any way, shape, or form to train generative Al models, or include my work alongside anything that uses genAl to perform tasks and activities that intend to replace actual humans.

  • You may NOT use commissioned work unless you get permission directly from the commissioner. You may use any non-commissioned work of characters from a commercial IP (not OCs unless stated otherwise) I make, as profile pictures or whatever etc.
